Passed away on November 15, 2023 in Seattle, Washington, United States

A memorial service for Phil will be held on Wednesday February 7th. This event will start at 3pm at Bellarmine Preparatory School, 2300 S Washington St, Tacoma, WA 98405.

His ashes will be interred in the family plot in Wisconsin this coming summer. There will be a funeral mass at Immaculate Conception St. Mary in Burlington WI at 11am on July 12, 2024.
