Cunningham, Rev. Joseph Leonard Age 85, slipped quietly into eternity and God’s loving arms on Wednesday, March 23, 2016 after a full and well-lived life.

Loving brother of Ellen (William) Harrington. Dear friend of Marlene Linzmeyer. Also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Leonard and Clarice Cunningham and older sister Mary Ann Cunningham.

Visitation Wednesday, March 30, 2016 at Bevsek-Verbick Funeral Home 3 – 6 PM with Vigil Service at 6 PM and at Immaculate Conception/St. Mary Parish (108 McHenry Street, Burlington, WI) on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at 10 AM until concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Interment St. Mary Cemetery (Burlington, WI). Former Pastor of St. Agnes – Butler, St. Rita’s – West Allis and St. Mary Help of Christians – West Allis. Former Chaplain for the Serra Club for 20 years.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in Fr. Cunningham’s name for masses to be said are appreciated.
