On December 17, 2014 Rev. Milton A. Hipsley; loving son of the late Milton A. Hipsley, Sr. and Helene E. Hipsley (nee Skabisky); dear brother of Ann Marie Pugh, Carol Ann Bolesta, Patricia Koch and the late Charlotte Drummond and Michael C. Hipsley; also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews. Fr. Hipsley will Lie-in-State Sunday at St. Agnes Church, 5422 Old Frederick Rd., from 4-8 PM where a Vigil Service will be held at 5PM. A concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday at 11 AM with Archbishop William E. Lori presiding. Interment Loudon Park Cemetery.
