The Rev. Msgr. John A. Alesandro, 79, A Roman Catholic Priest with the Diocese of Rockville Centre for 54 years, passed on December 27, 2020. Loving brother of Jody Alesandro – Padmos (Daan), Michael Alesandro (Debbie), and the late Joseph Alesandro. Proud uncle to Alexander, Adam, Daniel, Jessica, Holly and Ryan. Reposing 2-5 PM, Friday, January 1, 2021, at St. Thomas the Apostle Roman Catholic Church in West Hempstead. Mass of Transferal will be held at 7:30 PM, Funeral Mass will take place at 11 AM Saturday. Interment to follow at the Cemetery of the Holy Rood. Arrangements were entrusted to Fairchild Sons Funeral Home Inc., Garden City, NJ.
