With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Monsignor John F. Casey (New Hyde Park, New York), who passed away on December 13, 2023 at the age of 94.

A visitation for Monsignor Casey will be held Monday, December 18, 2023 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Immaculate Conception Center, 7200 Douglaston Parkway, Douglaston, NY 11362. A Mass of Transferral will occur Monday, December 18, 2023 at 7:00 PM, 7200 Douglaston Parkway, Douglaston, NY 11362. A funeral mass will occur Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 10:30 AM, 7200 Douglaston Parkway, Douglaston, NY 11362. A committal service will occur Tuesday, December 19, 2023 at 2:30 PM at Holy Cross Cemetery, 3620 Tilden Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11209.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Monsignor Casey’s memory to the St. John Vianney Fund, 310 Prospect Park West, Brooklyn, New York 11215 US.
