On March 7, 2017, Rev. Msgr. Robert A. Armstrong, P.A., Rector Emeritus of the Cathedral Mary Our Queen, devoted son of the Late Nadine Armstrong (nee Roessler) and Joseph R. Armstrong, Sr.; dear brother of Sara Hardesty and the late Mary Murphy, Joseph R. Armstrong, Jr and Susan Bray; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Msgr. Armstrong will lie in state at the Cathedral of Mary Our Queen 5200 N. Charles Street on Sunday from 2-9 PM, where a Vigil Service will be held at 7:30 PM and a Concelebrated Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10:30 AM. Interment Dulaney Valley Memorial Gardens.
In Lieu of flowers, Contributions may be made to the Windows of Faith Fund at The Cathedral of Mary Our Queen Trust for the care and maintenance of the Cathedral Stain Glass Windows or for the medical care of the Retired Priest of the Archdiocese of Baltimore, 320 Cathedral Street, Baltimore, MD 21201.
