Rev. William Pettit, Age 80, retired priest from St. Kenneth Catholic Church in Plymouth, passed away December 19, 2007 with his family at his side at Angela Hospice in Livonia. Dear brother of Cyril. Loving uncle of Margaret (Ed) Goward and also survived by many more loving nieces and nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by parents Cyril and Helen, sisters Margaret Boice and Harriet Flower and by brother Joseph and his wife Mary Jane. Father Pettit will lie in state on Friday December 21, 2007 begining at 12:00p.m. at St. Kenneth Catholic Church 14951 Haggerty Rd, Plymouth, and will conclude with a scripture at 7:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday 10 a.m. with visitation begining at 9 a.m. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Arrangements entrusted to the Schrader-Howell Funeral Home , Plymouth.
